Avant de faire ça, j'aimerais plutôt savoir s'il y a des déjà
propositions de présentations pour une rencontre potentielle en
septembre ; si oui, ça peut avoir du sens d'en devancer en août si les
présentateurs en ont envie.
Donc je recommenderais plutôt de réserver un local seulement pour la
mi-septembre environ. Tu peux regarder les dates disponibles en août,
mais sans réserver.
Les personnes qui veulent présenter en septembre (ou en août) et qui
avaient déjà manifesté leur intérêt après la dernière rencontre
(déc.2011) devraient le re-manifester maintenant, pour montrer que ça
tient toujours.
