[Gridflow-dev] ./configure on win32 (mingw)

I made ./configure to stop using the fork system-call, so, now, you can 
use ./configure's autodetection in mingw/msys instead of having to specify 
a lot of --force-blah and --no-whatever. Well, I haven't tried it, but if 
ever it doesn't work yet, it must be very close to working.
