GridFlow tries "lqt/quicktime.h" relative to every path in 
CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH. therefore it should contain just "/usr/include" 
instead of "/usr/include/lqt". But "/usr/include" is already implied by 
the compiler itself, so the problem is something else.

For lqt/quicktime.h it says "compilation error" and not "header missing". 
Look in the config.log file to see what the actual error is.
